Cancellation Policy
Your time and ours are valuable. A $15 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost.
* Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up, your $15 deposit will be forfeited.
* Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late rescheduling may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
* Rebooking: If your deposit is forfeited due to a cancellation, late rescheduling, or no-show, a new $15 deposit will be required to book another appointment.
* Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require rescheduling depending on availability.
